The Norfolk Antique & Collectors Fair is based at the Royal Norfolk Showground, home of the Royal Norfolk Show, which is about 5 miles outside of Norwich city centre. This indoor and outdoor event continues to attract a very strong following of trade and retail customers, featuring over 400 stands.

Inside Stands

Based within 2 halls:-

1)     The main exhibition arena has recently been modernised and The Norfolk Showground are now proud of their Exhibition Arena which is used for various events though out the year.  The facilities are excellent along with good heating during the cold months.  - The ample unloading doors are all level with excellent unloading facilities.  This is a great venue for exhibitors as well as great facilities for buyers.  

Stands in the main exhibition arena start from £95 (6ft x 6ft) for the weekend.

2)    The Furniture Pavilion offers 20ft x 10ft pitches for as little as  £185.00 – this arena is unheated however it offers excellent protection from the outdoor elements.

As instructed by the v.a.t. office all services, tables and electric hook up are charged at the current rate of 20%

Outdoor Stands

Outside pitches are located on the ample grounds of the showground. The Royal Norfolk Showground is an excellent all round venue, with clean serviced toilets and showers.

Outside pitch are approx. 20ft frontage with enough depth for a caravan or motor home.  Larger pitches are available on request.  

Reserved Pitch £90.00

Unreserved Pitch £75.00

Casual pay on the day (cash only accepted) £85.00

As instructed by the v.a.t. office all services, tables and electric hook up are charged at the current rate of 20%

The Royal Norfolk Showground take great pride in their showground and request that all exhibitors clear their pitches before they leave and place all rubbish in the skip provided or take away with them, failure to do so will result in the exhibitor being unable to return to the showground.
